My Art

Postby siddharth » Sun May 18, 2014 10:50 am

Now with my tests almost out of the way, I plan to give enough to time to make some paintings.

Here's one I made a few days ago.

The Battle of Five Armies.

Yea, I know those figures seem half-cooked.

I have had no formal training in art and do these things only to amuse myself, sort of like how JRRT did. So, criticize my style as much as you want, please! I am open.

I like it siddharth, the door of the mountain almost looks like a great eye peering out over the battle, I like how you made the sky as well, very nice!

Very nice! There's a feeling of motion in this image.
I'm glad you finally decided to share some of your artwork with us.

New piece.

"Ancalagon and Vingelot"

Image

Yes, I know Ancalagon is still supposed to be many times bigger, but it won't look picturesque imo. :)
