NECA Bilbo Portraits

Postby monte williams » Fri May 22, 2015 6:01 am

I nabbed NECA's Bilbo recently just because he was so cheap ($14 shipped at GameStop! Sold out now, alas, or I'd buy more), and since the movies turned a lot of people off (I don't plan to see them), no one seems to be into the merchandise, and damn it, Bilbo is amazing and I wanna talk about him! I figured this'd be a good place to do so.

The only other time I made such a casual decision to buy a clearanced figure that ended up winning my heart to this degree, it was also a NECA figure: Tonto.

Here are some Bilbo photos:

Finding and making extra accessories for him has been fun. I just wish I had the talent to create a backpack for him.

Meanwhile, Hastings has Gollum for $30, so I'll be procuring him in a week or so. I can't wait to photograph them together!
