Music in final scene of ROTK

I'm wondering if anyone knows the name of the track that plays in the final scene when Frodo leaves Middle Earth. I've listened to the ROTK soundtrack but I don't think any of the tracks fit.

Do you mean this song? :) If you're looking for the music playing when Frodo says farewell to Sam, Pippin and Merry and sails to the Undying Lands with Gandalf, Bilbo and the Elves, that's it. I think it's called The Grey Havens on the regular ROTK soundtrack, and it's the next-to-last song.

It is called "Journey to the Grey Havens" and it can be found in "ROTK complete recordings". It is a poignant theme through the end of the track featuring the man with the Golden Flute Sir James Galway.

I love that piece of music! One of the best from RotK and TTT combined, I think.
