I know which game you mean. Edge magazine covered it quite a bit. I havent played it, but a bit like Black and White isnt it? But more fighting?

I dunno, I never played Black and White. I'm still in the first third of the game, which is basically a third-person shooter with a severely demented sense of humor. There are a few RTS elements mixed in and a few squad-based game elements, but it's basically a shooter (so far).

Current game ? Baldur's Gate 2. I know, where have I been the last 5 years. It is everything it has been hyped up to be and more, and all that for a bargain price. Please forgive the interruption...

Currently playing Outrun 2006 on PSP.

Very impressed. Not only is it a fantastic conversion of Outrun 2 with lots of extra features and tracks, its the first PSP game I have played multiplayer over the internet via my wireless router!

Happy Days... :)

Hi *waves* I thought I would wander in. :D

I am bouncing between FFIII and Mario RPG for the SNES, and NWN for the PC. Oh, and when traveling, I play zelda: link's awakening on my gameboy

I tend to play older games, and NWN is one of the newest games in my collection. :P Otherwise, I might be playing FFVII or Warcraft 2 or something old. *is silly* I am also silly because I can't just rest on one game. especially with the SNES, I will only play a game for a half an hour to an hour before switching.

Hi Guys,

Just finished Oblivion (PC) - well the main quest anyway!

Now playing :

GTR 2 (PC) very tricky even with all the driving aids turned on!

Ultimate Ghosts and Goblins (PSP) it's sooo hard! but it's great to be playing a good old-school game and I finally got past the green slimy level! :o

Right now? FFIII DS. It's the cutest thing I've ever seen (Arc with freckles!) but I'm sort of playing on and off as I've been preoccupied with some other stuff lately.

It's toughness belies its cutesy exterior, really.

Just curious about your computers specs; I read your post in the Oblivions thread and wondered if my machine could handle it. :?:
( I know the min req. are 512 ram and a pentium 4 )

I have been watching my friend play Oblivion on the 360 and I'm considering buying it for the PC...

I have a P4 2.8 1GB Ram with a 256mb nvidia 6000 series AGP card. I think its the video card that slows it down, as there is a lot of fancy lighting in the game. I would suggest you have at least a high-end geforce 6. Might be cheaper to just get a 360, I'm getting one for xmas. :)

Whoa, my machine is more out of date than I thought. My graphics card is just 128 MB, and my RAM is 512, processor 3.0, Pen 4.

Still, I haven't had any problems yet with the games I have been playing, ( BFME, IL-2, BIA, Dungeon Seige... ) although judging from what your other post said about Oblivion and your computer, it seems a little disconcerting.

 Thanks for the reply.

My pleasure :)

I think Oblivion would definately struggle on your current spec, although I'm sure it would be fine on a low detail setting, but who wants to do that?

I just finished FFXII for the PS2. Has anyone here played that? The gameplay I thought was fantastic, but I also thought the story left something to be desired. Hardly any character development at all. But like I said, gameplay was fun. Batlles were fun. Graphics were great as usual.

PC. Meddle of Honour Allied Assult: Allied Assult, Spearhead, and Breakthrough.

I was quite impressed with the graphics and reality of these games and am enjoying them very much.

360 Project Gotham Racing 3

A little easy as I have had recent experience of simulator racers such as Live for Speed and GTR2, but the gameplay is accomplished enough with HD graphics to die for.

I don't see any reason to start a new thread for this question so I'll just ask it here among the few regulars that I see in this forum.

Is there any one playing Battlefield 2 at this time ? Or has anyone played it in the past and moved on ?
