Two Thumbs Up for noise-canceling headphones! And I just listened to Pink Floyd's Welcome to the Machine on a mix CD in the car! Good stereo stuff!

Here are some more coolish stereo tracks... I've enjoyed Mumford and Sons since October 2009 when they released their album called Sigh No More. Of all the songs on it, every one a good one, I always liked one in particular called Thistle and Weeds.

Another Gotye song that is quite good is Hearts a Mess. Good stereo effects throughout, but especially when the song deconstructs at about 3:20. This radio edit has a great video.

The subtle stereo effects of 'Slip Kid' by The Who is pretty darn nice. Love the original analog LP recording!

This instrumental interpretation of Scarbourgh Fair by Blackmoore's Night has a soothing quality to it. The stereo effects are also quite nice!

Hey Dunny.

I did buy a set of noise canceling head phones but was disappointed with my choice.
They set to tight on my head and the bass was lacking.

I returned them and exchanged them for a very nice and great sounding set of ear phones. Soul by Ludacris. They fit well in my ears and I get a full range of sound which is what I want.

Since I got them I am going back through this thread..listening again.

Right now I am enjoying Arassuil's share of Gotye - Somebody That I Used To Know (feat. Kimbra) - official video

Sounds great. Very cool stereo.

Nice video too.

Money

I don't want to make 8 posts in a row.

I want to hear something brand new.

Please share. 8)

For the time being...

A tune I alluded to ( and will now share ) very early on in this thread.

This is cool stereo yall, in my humble opinion.

Several Species Of Animals Grooving In A Cave With A Pict

The full title mentions furry animals but I imagined Insects with sneekers on...stomping.

Hoping the above is new to you and that you check it out.

Turn it up and close your eyes...Go on a stereo trip.

Please share more.

Thank you.

I'll break your chain of posts...

I enjoy Lady in Black by Uriah Heep as it has a Middle Earthy feel and the guitar separation is great!

And County Fair by Joe Walsh has some great stereo effects through the middle jam.

Thanks and welcome back Arassuil :)

Fleetwood Mac is one of my favs and I thank you for "breaking the chain" so appropriately. It is well received. I saw them in concert in North Carolina quite a few years back and had a grand time.

I also enjoyed the Uriah Heep share. A college friend of mine had a couple of their albums. Not to long after then I saw Uriah Heep in Tampa, Florida. They were on before Kiss. The concert was awesome.

I never saw Joe Walsh but have always enjoyed his style. I felt he gave a new vibe to The Eagles.

Anyway, I still have The James Gang...Rides Again album.

Following is one of the many tracks I enjoy from it and hope you do as well.

Funk 49

Thanks again.

Something different.

Living In America from one of the many ROCKY movies.

I have been revisiting soul music recently and found someone who turned me onto something I enjoyed..right from jump street.

Stereo FUNK.

JB got me hooked way before this tune.

The quality and stereo is grand..to me.

I feel good. 8)

When I first heard JB...all of a sudden Papa had a brand new bag.

Back in 1965 when I was 12.

Rocking and having a grand time.

Thought I'd revive the Stereo thread with this great raw recording of Simon & Garfunkel's Sound of Silence. The vocal harmonies really come to light on headphones!
