Jethro Tull...Enjoy

Unsling your guitar, pull up a chair, and strum us a chord or two. Come on in to discuss music.

Jethro Tull...Enjoy

Starts with a German speaking commentator...then it rocks.

Ian Anderson says some profound things at the end...

It is no small wonder that he is still my spoke person after all these years.

Worth more seeing than the price of a hamburger?

I love Ian Anderson perspectives in music..and at the same time...about life.

Thanks for the links, FT!

I've got a ticket to their concert in September. 8) And, it isn't the first time I see them live.

You are welcome rowanberry 8)

Cool you are going to see Ian and Company in September.

I have not seen him in concert since 1976...It was so cool.

That is why I like that first link so much. The costumes the band wore then are quite similar. Ian's and Jeffrey's ( zebra outfit and bass guitar ).

I loved how Jeffrey bounced around on stage in time with his bass licks.

Ian, of course, was awesome as was John Evan.

Great to see you again...I hope the concert is great for you.

Yes, they're still touring. Although, of the original (or nearly original) members, only Ian Anderson and Martin Barre are still in.

I think the following is a a very enjoyable version ( 9:06 ) of Passion Play....with a few different lyrics along the way.

The video is unique as well...sepia...viewing the band at practice, etc.

I hope you take the time to hear the entire thing.

At 7:15...a classic Tull short jam session starts.

Awesome Tull.

I think you hard core Tull fans will enjoy this....

http://youtube.com/watch?v=yaF7cms3MJc

You will see and hear some of the band members ( Barlow, Evan(s). Barre, Palmer, and Anderson ) relecting on real life vs on the road.

I am glad I found this and wanted to share it with you.
