Ninui.....that gives new meaning to "running with the bulls", those milk cows mean business. :)

Tinkers about the TVM looking for a paperclip and duct tape... AH HA this looks promising. {i]rwhen unravels a length of tape and removes a few paperclips when sirens and clanging started to resound on the TVM...[/i] Um, I didn't do it....

rushes to post nature photo and get the heck outta here

Tooks, I suggest you DON'T watch the new Toy Story movie. There's more than one of those dummies in that movie...and they are quite disturbing.

Howdy TVMers...

Thanks Tooks...I fixed it. ;) I am up early today only a bit after 6am and it is a day off.....and cabbage rolls are the menu for supper but also batch cooking. My last of the planned cooking to fill the freezer with good food for when I come home from work and don't feel up to cooking I have something I can pull out and enjoy a good meal. But the freezer is absolutely stuffed to the brim, I have to start using these things now.

Here is my photo for the day a mighty sequoia in Northern California.

Image

Iris would it surprise you to know that I have only seen the original Toy Story 1? LOL I like the movie...just don't "love them". I tend towards romance, old OLD movies, the black and whites from the 30' and 40' really have my heart. I like mysteries as well....

Okay....I am off today and then back to work tomorrow. So I want to make the best of it.

Have a great day TVMers!!

It's a truly lovely summer day - has anyone seen the new trailer for the Little Women movie coming out this Christmas? It's been a while since I read the novel, so I'm still a bit hazy on some of the details, but I plan to watch the 1994 version before this new one comes out, so I know the story and I can compare and contrast the two versions on my movie blog.

Ninui.....cutest piglettes ever!! Also some of the second video evergreen forests reminds me very much of where I live around and right outside of Portland, OR. Lovely.

Thor'n....Little Women remake? I'm in. I'll probably not go to the theater to see it, but they come around on the premier movie channels fairly fast these days. I too love the one made in '94, but also the older one made in 1949. Janet Leigh, Elizabeth Taylor, June Allyson, Peter Lawford......

*hands Tooks a fluffy towel* 8) Has the rain let up and you can walk doggies is mud instead of rain? ;) Feeder Watch....that is helpful!!

Here is my pic for today:

That snake is beautiful

It's another hot, humid day out here: nothing much to report. As for wildlife: well, unfortunately, an antique store just down the road has a huge taxidermy black bear standing outside their shop, and it makes me absolutely sick to look at. But that's really the only thing I've seen recently - except lots of beautiful butterflies. Thankfully no icky cicadas!

I couldn't wait, so I rewatched the 1994 Little Women just the other day: that's a really good movie.

Yesterday's harvest off my tomato plants.
Does that count at nature???

Don't get out much so the only other nature I see are the squirrels and people walking their doggies.

Been a little warm here but nothing extreme yet.
