What Time is it for the Sixth Time?

Just as Tolkien and the Inklings used to meet at The Bird and the Baby, come in here to converse about whatever might be on your mind. This is the place for all off-topic conversation.

10:02 PM CDT. Hello and goodnight. Back from work late tonight only to turn around and go to work very early in the morning. They're really trying to kill me.

12:00PM, noon. PDT

Whooppee! I thought I'd have to sit on the phone to get a re-finance document, but it wasn't necessary. They sent it to me in response to my email. That wipes out 3/4 of my frustration.

I have finished one room of documents and boxes and now just need to pick up the stray papers and organize the things that live there, including what to do about the pile of emptied out boxes. However, that means I need to start in on another guest room, that is not so full of stuff (there is some, though). I aslo did a bit about my linen closet.

And then. . . it will be time to start on the room that I cannot blame on Mr. Portia--my craft room. I did a little in there, today, to see what the problems were.

The person who does my hauling and carrying is getting married tomorrow. Good. Little does he know that I have been building up a list for him to haul out afterward. I do not know if they are planning a trip, but with a 5-year old daughter, I doubt it.

I am feeling very proud of myself for all this cleaning out. When the weather gets a little warmer, I will start on the garage, as there is still unsorted stuff, even though I can get the car into the garage. OH, and I almost forgot the storage lockers.

Portia----WOW!! Sounds like you're really getting things in order. I need to take about a month off from work and get my place organized. Can't afford that though, unfortunately.

10:57PM EST. Need to scrounge around in my bare cupboards and see if I can find something for breakfast and lunch tomorrow. I hope the roads are clear tomorrow, I really need to do some shopping.

10:41am EST... up and about. Had a difficult night. A yesterday was my worst nightmare at work.
Two agents apparently entering into an argument while I was not there and having to make split second decision. Happy to be having a weekend :). Oh well

Saturday morning 10:36am EST... debating about whether I want to be reasonable with breakfast or not :P.
I bought some fruit and almond milk (until I find some nice almonds and do this myself since a good friend - Rhoe - has explained to me how to prepare my own) since I have to cut my carbs consumption but I don't know if I want to prepare it today. The mixer is noisy and I have a little bit of a headache :P

10:24am EST. I have been up since 7am and have managed to do... not much :P :P. A little bit of writing though :D.
About to get ready to leave. I am wondering if I should try to get to the hairdresser or wait another little while before I have my hair cut. Dilemma dilemma :P

5:19 PM PDT - should be thinking about making dinner. Instead, I'm thinking about my epitaph. I'd like it to read:

...they sit at the bar and put bread in my jar, and say "Man, what are you doin' here?"
"And it is said by the Eldar that in water there lives yet the echo of the Music of the Ainur more than in any substance else that is in this Earth; and many of the Children of Ilúvatar hearken still unsated to the voices of the Sea, and yet know not for what they listen."
