Class of 2000?

Just as Tolkien and the Inklings used to meet at The Bird and the Baby, come in here to converse about whatever might be on your mind. This is the place for all off-topic conversation.

Terry D. is this the dilemma of which you spoke? You want to write with Rwhen, Tuile and I? Unfortunately rwhen rarely comes in anymore. She has moved out of state and is working a lot at a new job and loving it.

Right now I am working 6 days a week and am not able to but that could change soon as one of the companies I work for is closing it's doors. But they are trying to transfer me to another store that bought it. We shall see if that will work out. I sure hope it does cause I sure don't want to have to be looking for another job anytime soon.

Let me know what you decide and then where to look in and see if I can join in!! Sssmmmoooooochhiiiiiiies to you!!

Hello everyone.
Popping my head in here since it has been a loooooooong time.

I moved house (finally) and all the packing of boxes and worse the unpacking of boxes is all done now and I am happily living in my little patch of paradise.
Hope everyone is well.

Hello Jae! So good to see you! Vana-banana! Thanks for the reply. 8)

Vana,.. There are any number of people I love here,.. that would make most enriching writing companions. It was more a suggestion, tuile, rwhen and y00! You three were just the first, to pop in me noggin. You probably, did not read my other posts? This project is open, to any who want to contribute. This "project" is open for anyone interested... and for those with less time, such as yourself, to contribute when you have a chance.

Terry D. I did go back and read your previous posts and see that the invite is open to all interested. I am still interested and may have to check it out and see if I will have the time as you get it started. Please keep me informed and let me know where to find it when you finally get this blog started.

Well although I didn't join in 2000 I couldn't think of a better place to post my 2000th post! :D Another meaning to the class of 2000!

It's taken me long enough but I've enjoyed every one, and enjoyed spending the time with you guys and the many long lost friends I've made on the way. I only wish I'd been around more the last twelve years. I honestly don't know why I stopped posting and took a couple of long breaks, I missed out on so much, but it's lovely to be back. Hopefully it'll be for a bit longer this time. I missed this place. You're all awesome.

Also you guys are way old so being in here is making me feel younger by the second! :P

Might help myself to some snacks before I hit 2001 and have to leave again.

Hue, I still think of you as a newbie, even though you're only a few months "younger". I vividly remembering you arriving. So how old does that make me feel?! Image

Thank you lovely people. And Oreo! Helloooo!

I'll go back to being a class lurker, and see if I can't find the Class of 2003 thread lurking somewhere in the depths, though I haven't seen many '03ers around... Ooh that's a lie. Portia's still active in Manwe, and Frelga is around. Maybe I'll dig it out after all, can't have you guys having all the fun!

Hello there old folks.

It clearly becoming a habbit that I stop by once a year. But just had to come and tell you that last week my wife gave birth to a little daughter. She is the third child I now have. She is right next to me sleeping and making cute baby noices... my daughter... not my wife. :D Any hoo, how's life treating you all? I've been studying some more. Psychotherapy and such. Still doing some things at the social service field (mainly child welfare) plus some counselling when ever someone hires me to do some counselling. Doing some music too, singing still... a lot of fun. Last fall End Of August published their second album. Here's a taste:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PrAp3qm ... e=youtu.be

Well that's my life in a small box. Gotta go and sleep. Thanks for the visit. Always nice to stop by. Gotta go change a diper... or two. :)

I can't tell you who I've been talking to. ;) But I have met most of the TORCers who live in and around Glasgow. :D

Hobbituk is a 2000er, as is Diamond of Long Cleeve and Rodia.

The_Angel scrapes in (registered 31st December).

I think that might be it - quite a few this year.
