LOL! This solution is VERY acceptable, but we'll have to come up with something deliciously HORRIBLE  to get the hardened mercenary to accept this generous offer.

I am gonna try to get that post up before I leave, maybe later tonight. I can see it now I just need the words. If I can't get my act together before I go then feel free to do as you will with him.

That doesn't get us much further but at least some of the thoughts people have posted here are out on the table now in the IC. I didn't want to make an Agarak post so hopefully Hue can cook something up when he's back. I say we go with some minor "magic" and perhaps it will even lend itself to further mischief by Kierrule as we go along if the magic doesn't work totally to keep him in line.

I am finally home and dead dog tired. Got stuck in Cincinnati for 7 hours cause they shut down the main runway at JFK. I'm here for a minute and then Im hitting the sack.

Shaggy that actually is just perfect. It goes with the way this situation would naturally shake out, and it leads into the idea I got but that will all have to wait until morning, or perhaps afternoon, but I promise not to wait too long before posting

OK not quite the post I hoped but it does preface the action I had in mind. There is always so much work waiting when you take off for a day or two. This is not finished but if anyone wants to do something in here that's fine with me. I'll finish this first thing, well maybe not the first thing in the morning, Dan will want breakfast before going off to school, but I got nothing for lunch tommorrow and I will have the rest of this up then if not before.

I am sorry for the delay but I wrote out the rest and frankly, it reeked so I'm gonna have another crack at it. :nono: No point to wasting a good idea with bad writing.

As I posted in the MK's OOC I am gonna be among the missing for a short while. March and May are the two times when I have to prove I am worth the money they pay me. Time to make the budget and program schedules for the comming fiscal year for the center itself and then in May for the Summer Day Camp. Two months of busting it are OK because I do precious little the rest of the year. OK not so little but by comparrison I am swamped in these two months. I'm lurkin' and readin' but I might not get to posting. Gotta save all my brain power for the boring stuff like proposals and grant applications, then I can get to the fun stuff, like posting here. Don't wait on me, I catch up quick.

OK Hue - have fun with all that! :D

Anyone feel like moving this pup along? We need some response from Kierule, I think, and then we could maybe just jump forward to the morning we are leaving - which I guess could be the very next morning???

PB you want to post for Kierule?

Drat! I was hoping to be done with him! I hate my inability to kill off characters, even ones that I never intended to drag along.

Oh well. I'll try to give it a go. Not sure when, maybe over the weekend.

Did you want him gone, darlin'? I didn't know so clue me in. I can take care of him for ya if ya like I got the way in the back of my head and I could write for him to get it done. Just lemme know what ya want, he is yours after all.

Otherwise I was just bringing it back to the top. I like this one, it's got potential.

No, everybody thought it best to keep him, what I meant by "being done with him" was just not having to write him any more. I'me such a coward. :P

Ummm... :(

Bilbo Baggins, A few words with you if I may...

1.) You should post your character bio and get approval to join an RP, before you post to its IC thread. :nono:

Since this is technically still an inn and our RP hasn't branched out yet, you are still free to post in the inn, but your approval to join our RP is pending.

2.) Once you recieve approval, it's a good idea to then read back through the story and bring yourself up to date, just to make sure that what you're doing goes along with the story instead of disrupting it, before you post to its IC thread. :nono:

Both of these are found in the RP guidlines thread as generally acceptable and good etiquette.

3.) PLEASE use proper punctuation! :pull: :nono:

Everyone makes typos. That's what the "edit" button's for. It's much easier for everyone involved if you use proper punctuation and try to clean up the typos and mispellings(one of my biggest weaknesses).

4.) And last, but not least, >-O THERE ARE NO GUNS IN MIDDLE EARTH!!! :pull: This is fantasy, not si-fi or a western! :nono:

Save the firearms for a genre approprite RP. PLEASE!

I am terribly sorry and I feel like such a fool. Of course I understand completely about what you are saying and I will fix the mistakes I made as soon as possible (by deleting the posts and editing my character and submitting it at the proper time and place). I thank you for pointing out my mistakes.

I don't want to completely run you off! :(

You're as free to post in the inn as I am, I just want to try to help you become a better person and poster in general, and RPer specificly.

We were all new here once, and had to learn through experience and practice, and we've all made goofs like yours. TRUST me!

If I came across as snappish, that was far from my intent.

If you want, you can think of me as your "Annoying Older Sister" (which I'm good at, cause I am one to three annoying youger siblings), so sometimes I might come across as grumpy and snappish, but am really just trying to help you. :P

If you're willing, let's try this again.

Hi! I'm PB! Welcome to the boards! Welcome to the inn! *offers her hand in friendship*
