Me too, but can we please make the fight somewhat more exciting than an ordinary one? Ok, so I don't have any ideas what for yet, but still. Lets start with: Outside as opposed to inside - more room<img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif"border=0> But it looks like our evil elf is about to die<img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif"border=0><img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-devil.gif"border=0>

Yesssssssss!Kill himssss!Bad Carnilmosss!!!Bring the thorchesssssessss!!!<BR><BR>So I see everyone`s OK with Carnilmo saying something stupid. <img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif"border=0><BR>You want something special...hmmm...maybe Carnilmo is so thirsty for vengeance and ashamed, that he tries to make a bonfire of the inn?So Carnilmo and Amarthan are fighting outside, after Amarthan caught Carnilmo trying to run away(if Silme wants it,maybe that he manages to snatch her???),while we others are putting the flame off,and thereby can`t help him or do something.<BR>That would ruin the duel idea, unless:When Amarthan gets to Carnilmo,he chalenges him to a duel, and Carnilmo getting the last traces of his grace and dignity accepts, and valiantly dies(to please those who would rather not see him dead like a scoundrel).<BR>So,what do you think?

Hmmm...fire...has potential. Could make the fight far more interesting. <img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-devil.gif"border=0><img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif"border=0><img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-rolleyes.gif"border=0> Could cause more people than just Carnilmo to get hurt *wince*. Anyway, I think the kidnapping Silme idea is good. He has been "robbed" of everything else, and thus it would make sense that he would want to get what he came for and sacrificed so much to get. Lai and Grace, of course, will have to somehow be caught up in a way that they can't leave whatever they are doing, because otherwise they would be in the fight for sure (considering Silme is their friend). We could have Silme unarmed, which would therefore make it make sense that Carnilmo was able to get a hold of her. I'll have Amarthran leave the room and see how you guys run with the idea...

Hmmm... Good idea<img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif"border=0> And I don't particualarly feel like being captive again - I'll see what Silme thinks<img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif"border=0><BR>But the fire idea is good, just a bit... Do we have fire alarms?

Glad you liked the idea, and as I said you would be distracted by putting the fire out.And now that I think even more of it I like the idea of Carnilmo dying with at least traces of dignity.<BR>So what does Silme say?

LOL, alringt, ElfAngel.<BR>The fire idea then. And we'll give Carnilmo some dignity. I'll let one of you start the fire, though. Carnilmo will be well whenever you want him to be (afterall, he is an Elf and he has some powerful herbs on his wound)

Hope you don`t mind me starting it,but the thread was few pages away,so I thought you had nothing else to say,and as I was supposed to be sleeping very long(I believe I said something like 16 hours),I think Carnilmo had time to recover.

I'm sorry I've been gone everyone! I have been so busy. But I'm back! I've read everything thats been posted in here, and not like it matters, but the fire thing is good for me. I'll head over to the IC thread now and see if I can add anything.<BR><BR>Edited to point out that if you guys want the woods could not be safe for Earwen and Es' children <img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif"border=0> Just an idea to keep things interesting now that Carnilmo is no longer a problem. Let me know what you want to do next

more...umph perhaps <img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif"border=0><BR>okay, well I came up with an idea, but I'm not sure where to go with it. Pardon my newbieness (that is definitely not a word) but does anyone have any idea for me to work with? We already had a band of orcs, and a group of bad elves. I want to try something new. Perhaps just some robbers? Hum, let me know what you all think, but I think I might make some robbers appear in the woods.<BR><BR>And many thanks to everyone who helped keep my character going while I was gone!

Manya, did you mean for Ambariel to be in the woods with Earwen and the children or was she arriving on her own? I just thought you might be planning on bringing her in that way. If so I can just make the voice that Earwen hears in the woods female.

No, she was going to arrive via Manya's window once things have settled down at the Inn again. (By the way, a little bit of foreshadowing, Ambariel took Manya's pack... but you didn't hear it from me...)
