Answered and done in a way I hope helps you out Scribbles. :D

If all works okay I think I may just be getting the hang of this again. Let me know if there is something amiss.

Oh and Frelga thanks for the help as you can see I tried to put it to work in my post.

Oh, you got the hang of it again, no doubt about that! Thanks for all the hooks! Now, if only my muse wasn't out cold . . .

I've been having some real difficult weeks at work and this one is looking like Satan's House, so I'm not promising anything until the weekend . . . okay?

Telta, I thought it was great. :) So glad I'll to write with you at last, and glad, too, that I could be of service.

Scribbles, no worries on my account. I'd be lucky to put one post up before the weekend, in either RP.

I posted, thanks to Elengil for prodding and for supplying Jiy's dialog. I expected that the post would be humongous but it turned out merely huge.

BTW, Givi has guessed Jiy's secret. "You have been an officer, have you not? And now an outlaw and a robber." He now knows that Jiy is, in fact, Mal Reynolds. :D

I guess that'd make the Scribe Zoe then :D

Foolish as Wash? I could see it..

Who would be Jayne though? HHmmmmmmm

Bhenan is Niska, methinks..

Damn straight!!

Though I have huge respect for Zoe (she's my fave) I have to be honest and say that the Scribe would, without a doubt, kick her warrior woman butt . . . though probably not without getting a few bruises in the bargain . . .

LOL, talk about a lost cause. :D Too bad I'm done with Keth for this story. I wish I could use the line "This is not incense" somewhere.

Menon can be Jayne. Which I suppose leaves Givi to be Simon.

That leaves Bardy to be Kaylee and Canamarth to be River?

"I can kill you with my brain . . ." LOL!

I'm not sure I want Foolish to be Wash, however . . .

Frelga & Scribbles: Please don't hate me. I realize I trampled quite a bit over both of your characters but we have plenty of time to hash out what happens in the camp between us in slight retrospect and this way we can get on to getting Foolish back in the game again.

LOL! Juuust kidding . . . oooooh I just love it when I'm feared . . . :D:D

awwww, don't worry about it, at least not from my angle anyway. When it comes to RP, the game's open and I love the challenge. Besides, you left us both some GOLDEN hooks . . . while you're off galivanting, Givi and the Scribe can get to know each other better . . . even if it involves shiney, sharp things . . muah hahahahahahahaha . . .

I'm too thrilled to see your lovely post to quibble. :D And I agree, let's get Foolish in and then hash out the rest.

Scribbley, sharp things? No way! Givi knows what those broadswords can do.

Ooo, it should be fun.

And what a post! You'll get another chance real soon too, the muse has an answering post to Frelga's Givi, but I just haven't had time (nor the energy to be honest) to sit down and type it up . . .

The hubby unit goes back to work today, so hopefully, I'll have time before the weekend. ;)

I'm getting quite warmed up to Givi here.

About my use of Menon - I dug up his bio in character archives, but that said nothing about his service in the War. Then I found a Bowmen post where Menon has a flashback to Pelennor after Jiy slaps him in the marketplace. I remembered it because that was the first MOBD post I read, and I followed the RP ever since. I still don't know if Menon went on to the Black Gate. If Bardy wants to come here and correct me - why, that would make this post more than worthwhile. :D

be advised I will be going somewhere quite particular with this in order to effect the leaving behind of the bowmen yet at the same time be bringing along the Fool who would otherwise, logically, be dumped with ZC too..

though it shouldn't affect anything anyone else has in mind.

Since we've not heard from Telta again :( I guess her character will be leaving with the rest now. Can I get a consensus on this or should we discuss it?

I suppose we could e-mail Telta and see if she's able to re-join on a more regular basis . . . :?

We've all left her hooks that have gone untaken, I hate to assume anything but I really don't want to have to write characters for any more absent writers . . .

What do the rest think? Frelga? Foolish?

Frelga, was that a poke? A real, honest to betsy, in the ribs with a long pole, poke?

I'll try and revive the muse before the other half rolls in the door tonight, but I make no promises!!

Betsy forbid, Scribbles! Betsy knows, I am in no position to poke anyone. I'm just rejoicing that the world is ready for your next post, whenever you and your Muse can get to writing it.

Err... who's betsy? :)

Betsy was a car, a very nice car, but that's a tale for another time . . .

Okay, elengil managed to prod my muse and after I *poke*ed her a little, the long awaited reply is up.

I can't wait to see how this turns out! =:)

Sorry everyone for keeping you hanging. But circumstances beyond my control leave me no choice but to take my leave. :cry2:

I have really enjoyed writing with everyone but now I must move on.

Take care and have a great Holiday Season. :happydance:

Aw, Telta, that's too bad . . . it's been such a treat to write with you too . . . :( Don't you just hate those "circumstances beyond your control?" I mean, how dare they! :o

Do drop in when you can to say hi/hello, you know there's always a seat around the Bowmen Table for you . . . ;)

We'll make sure Ahayla ends up in a really posh, really nice house . . . or maybe we'll sneak her out to the West on the way back . . . ;)

Have a most blessed and wonderful Christmas too. :D:D

Sorry to reply to myself here.

I meant to put a BAP with Givi going to visit Zahr Calekh, but ran out of time. Hopefully, I put up the second part tomorrow. I intend for Givi to be at ZC's house sometime in the early afternoon. I'll leave it up to the interested parties whether he is still there when Bhenan's messenger arrives. Let me know if... well, if there is anything I need to know.

I wonder what happened to that meeting? It sounded deliciously cloak-and-dagger . . . she teasssssessss usssssss . . .

Well, the old grouch finally snapped, or rather the muse did. I take no responsibility for the insane dreck that frothed forth from the mouth of the muse, I seriously have to consider getting a lock on the wine rack, one that she can't pick . . .
