by Billobob » Mon Nov 19, 2018 10:07 amI would say that list is accurate for a list of the most powerful characters in LOTR. For middle Earth not as much, but then again maybe I'm being overly technical. It's one of my many flaws.

The original guidelines said that you could only list characters who were alive in Middle-earth at the beginning of the Hobbit. I wanted to include the Valar, but those guidelines prevented me from including them.
