Cailiawen smelled the sea breeze as she saw the light appear and picked up her bottle and glass and stepped back and watched. When it seemed the wizardry was done, she stepped back to the bar and smiled at the man making such a grand entrance. She gave him a nod and lifted her wine glass as he introduced himself, saying,
“I am Cailiawen of Rhuadur. I am honoured to make your acquaintance. That was quite an entrance you made!”
Having pondered leaving, Cailiawen now reconsidered, especially if the prospect of some music was possible. She waited until after the greetings of an old friend was done before saying to Lady Heather,
“Yes, I think I will stay for one night, and I will need my horse tended as well.”
Cailiawen weighed her coin pouch, knowing that tomorrow she would have to venture north.
