i would be a bird, so i could go where ever i wanted (within reason) and see a lot of interesting things (!!) and then at the end of it all, get shot down by some trigger-happy maniac with a shotgun! but then i don't have a clue about reincarnation so it doesn't really matter and if it does exist, can you choose what you caome back as?

Have no idea what I'd be, and don't believe in it at all.

Reincarnation is an interesting concept. Breaking free from our human form and taking on some other form seems probable enough. But I do not believe our spirit form will leave our body and become a bug our a cow for instance. I believe that who we are now will affect the rest of eternity from our one life now. And for the record, I don't ever remember being anything before this life.

I wouldn't be anything, because I'll already be me for all eternity. I kind of like being me after all...<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif"border=0>

Reincarnation was created by people who fear the unknown...

But if I were to be reincarnated, I would come back as a butterfly. Because no one suspects the butterfly...

I don't believe in it, and me a Buddhist go figure, but I think the ultimate pinnacle of earthly life would have to be a house cat. As for "religious myths/concepts that I wish were really true", reincarnation tops my list.

In working privately with the dying in their homes, I have definite feelings about knowing a couple of them before. I really had no idea that I would believe in reincarnation. But when I hold someone as they die, certain feelings of knowing what is happening as they go have flooded me. And nearly dying on a couple of occassions, I have no fear of death myself. (Just my observations)
