Shirley Temple 1928-2014

Postby Calma » Tue Feb 11, 2014 8:24 am

Shirley Temple passed away at 85.
I enjoyed her films and wished I could dance like her.
She was a good child star, too bad it couldn't transfer over to adulthood.
But she had a good life and that's all that matters.

Thank you, Shirley.

I enjoyed her work, too. I am not sure her appeal would be good for an adult, but she did other worthwhile things as an adult. It isn't always necessary for a child star to become an adult mpvie star.

How sad!

I wasn't of the age to know much about her films and such; however have read things that link her with certain events of her Hollywood era.

I enjoyed her movies too. I watched them a lot as a kid. I was sad to hear about her passing.
