I don't think any Sven's or Svenette's were left behind, but in case everyone didn't get to see #'s 4, 5, and 6, here they are again.

Glad to hear that Dubs. :)

Well, it was a pretty good Saturday, all 'round, mostly because hubby spent the day with a bud at the Motorcycle Show, LOL. So I had time to get all the laundry done, the linen closet tidied up and all the Christmas linens put away, plus a few hours to just put my feet up and do a little cross stitch.

Time for a late supper, then we'll get hubby's road growlies ready and packed for tomorrow.

Ooo la la!!! I love them Svens. Such nice things to look at with all those rippling muscles and all.

Makes me think of the 7-up commercial a while back. It was for the pink 7-up. Two women are at a day spa talking beside the pool and the guy walks in carrying a tray with fruit and the 7-up on it and she says "Oh look lunch has arrived and he brought grapes!" :roflmbo:

Nice new digs Tooks dear!!! I love the place and yes it is very relaxing and so much the place to be.

You don't get a margarita here, CR. You get a whole pitcher. :D:D:D

Hmmmm....there was another place I had in mind for this weekend. Lemme go dig up my linkie. :D

I'm waiting for the rain we're supposed to get here this morning. *looks out window*
It hasn't happened yet. It was supposed to be partially freezing, but thankfully it is too warm this morning. We hates freezing rain, we do. :x

Ooo. What a great place...

*gets her swimsuit and heads for the pool*

Sven, while I'm swimming, will you please bring another pitcher of margaritas to the pool side...

*sigh* Wish I could really be on Barbados. It's getting colder here again. It wouldn't be too bad otherwise, but there's the wind chill.

Thirty years ago today I was in the hospital recovering from the birth of my youngest son/child.
Last night he called me from Seattle where he was celebrating with his buddies at a Greek restaruant. The band was loud and he was stuffed with good food and fun. The band even sang Happy Birthday to him. He was totally stoked about that.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CHRIS!!!

Mommy loves you!

It has it's perks. Though we have Grammy's soon so that will be nightmarish!!! I hates live shows on my own channel. S'okay on other peoples though...

Scribbles, have a relaxing time with house to own self and days off too.

I got to spend most of saturday with the family and played lots with the niece and nephew! They are so cute but hard to wear out... :woah:

How are all the others freezing in the north?

I think the record for a quickly filled up thread was about three days in the Emporium one time (when I still posted there). I know it was less than a week.

Loud Hawaiian surfing shorts? Hmmm..I could use some of those to wear to work. :D Those and a loud Hawaiian flower shirt would just scare the dickens out of everyone at work they'd close the store early just so they wouldn't have to see me. FREE AND EASY DAY OFF!

I'm not sure what Tooks has planned for today, Dubs . . . she must have slept in or something . . . :P:D I'm perfectly happy being waited on hand and foot right here by Sven #42, or #3, or any of them for that matter. Doesn't much matter to me if we relax in the same spot for another day. As long as they don't run out of Mojito mix, that is . . . ;)

Well, I got a bunch of errands run this morning, then came home and put groceries away, washed and folded the new flannel sheet and new towel set (which we badly needed, our old sheets are getting a bit thin and the towels, well, okay, I just wanted something new. The old towels are still perfectly fine, so the whole set will go to charity.)

I bought a set of those nifty stacking clear plastic drawers for on top of the cabinets in the laundry room and have finally got some stuff in there nicely put away. ;)

So the rest of the afternoon is mine . . . think I'll see about poking the muse awake . . . ;)
