Iris, I haven't lived in an old house since I was very little, so I wouldn't know, but it certainly sounds like they're tricksy, preciousss. ;) :D

Eari, I just went to the gym with James for the first time since I don't know when.. last fall I think? He goes all the time. I feel good that I finally went. 8) :D

Heyla Vana! How are you?

Vana, thanks ;)... what can I say? I am impatient by nature :P. It's not actually true but I am used to looking at the obstacles and finding my own way to overcome them. It's hard to find myself in a place where there is not much I can do except ignore the obstacle otherwise focusing on it will actually not help. That goes against who I usually am. I like to find solutions; because for every problem there is one that can come from me. Not in this case. It's annoying.

Vana, wait...you're doctor lied to you about whether you could have children, and then argued with you on trying to have one?

I think I'd have been looking for another doctor at that point. But that's just me.

Congrats on your daughter many years later. :D

You can do it! Another ring...I may not have one, but I'm tempted to start a ring forging thread...little mini-rping of the creation of each new shiny.

ah ah good one... You and I would have some time to craft an especially amazing shiney with the time it is taking us to get to that blue wheel of death  . Although I will get my Rohirrim shield back soon. Will work on that for now... which makes me think I owe a post in the ICC to a certain Corsair... and a couple of posts in the Pony. But it'll have to wait for tomorrow morning after the gym because my brain is definitely not in the proper shape for that. The muse is already dozing (and the writer)...

Just keep posting, just keep posting.. ;)

Guru, I like the idea of your ring forging thread, that sounds like a lot of fun. I haven't done any RPing in ages, though.. not even RP-lite. I'm probably a bit rusty. :P

Lin, that's okay, it's like riding a bike...and none of us are judgmental. We all started out rough at what we do. It's too bad we don't have any upcoming WCA's...they're great for min-RP. And you've only got 25 more posts to go!

And yes, Eari, we'll have plenty of time to make those rings...but we'll both get there eventually, I'm sure. Can't wait for the next posts in the ICC!

Of course when you're away from TORC for a couple of years, it doesn't help your post count.

LK, you're less than 1,500 posts away from your blue wheel of death, so you'll get there! I was away from TORC on and off for a couple of years, too.. the only reason my post count is so high is because I posted a LOT in my early days on TORC, back when the boards were really busy, and I had time to be online most of the day. ;)

Only 19 posts away now! :D

Lin's almost there... YAY go girl.
I will hopefully be around when you get there but otherwise I'll just be pea green with envy :P

Although my post count is slowly but surely increasing... still working on a couple of RP posts that need my attention but I hope to be able to post tomorrow. In the meantime I should get to bed because I am exhausted :P :P
So :hihi: everyone...

You'll get there eventually, Eari. Like you said, you're slowly ramping up your post frequency when you have the chance.

Personally, I just don't have that much to say usually, so I don't bother trying to post up a storm. But, like you said, our rings should be spectacular considering how much time we will have to make them.

I tend not to post if I got nothing to say so I hear you on this one ;) ;)... although today there is much to say about the snow outside. My guess is that maybe not so many people will show up at work to call. I will check on A. to see if all is well in the office (if he could show up at all).

It may disgust Vana if she sees this, but I want some snow! Everyone else in North America seems to be getting plenty of the stuff, but no, up here we get a little bit of rain. I've never been in a blizzard, is it too late to fly over there for yours?

C''mon over dude! Of course you may not get back home-----lots of flights are grounded. But if you don't mind getting stuck in the airport, go for it! :P :D

I'll be honest I am glad to see the white stuff because it is winter after all. Now we're getting a full winter season worth of it today and it means I am stuck at home. I was the only student willing to make the trip to my singing teacher's place today so I took the hint - which was can you take the day off so I have the day for myself and that is really fair - and am home for the day. My husband works today AND tomorrow though so it will be a lonely weekend if I let it...

Me thinks writing will be great :D :D
