Today, I am finished with exams. Free! Free at last! Until June that is...

But until then...

Shaggydog, no, I haven't heard of that book. Sounds like the hamster is an escape artist. :D

Today I am trying to get "American Psycho" (2000) to load so I can watch it. I wonder if I can stomach it.

shaggydog: Welcome, welcome, welcome! :D It's great to see a lot of new faces around here. :) I hope you'll stick around! We're all nice here, except that we're a bit mad.

(My dad never hid my laptop cable very well. His bag was the second place I looked.)

Today, my classmate and I are really starting to make progress with "A Streetcar Named Desire." :D I'm playing the slightly mad Blanche. :) I'm starting to get a hang of the accent, and we're having a lot of ideas when it comes to finally staging it. :) I also found "The Mummy 2" DVD for £1, which is a film adaptation of Bram Stoker's novel. :D

Silwen, yeah it's just a kids' book but I loved it when I was a kid because my hamster was a real houdini too. And they're not quite as fast as gerbils but still very crafty little guys.

Telcontarian, thanks :) and good luck with the play.

Ta, shaggydog. :D It's not for another 5 weeks, yet, but I still have a lot to do. Call me Tari, by the way. :) And congratulations on your first sword!

Today, I'm doing my part and typing up the script for our part of the play. It's a lot better than clutching the actual book whilst we try and block it. ;)

Today, a family friend sent a photo of the result of his operation to stop him snoring. The doctors are butchers. They've made a mess of the inside of his mouth, at the back of his throat. I feel really sorry for him. He's in a lot of pain.

I've heard of that operation. I'd rather keep snoring, personally.

Today I finished one sock and am starting on the next. I don't like the because they are made of an ugly grey melange wool. No matter how nice the pattern may be, the sock won't look any better. :P

Funny, that's what my father said.

Today, I'm hungry, but I can't decide what I want to eat. I'm off to raid the milk instead. ;)

Today one guy whose CDs I won on ebay finally sent me his details so I could pay. Took him ages and he never answers emails either. I hope he at least sends the CDs fast. He is not getting positive feedback, that's for sure.

Silwen: Is it me or is someone planning to spam her way to Double Ringbearer? :P Want any help? I still have to reach Ringbearer.

Today, I finished typing up the script. :D Now, I need to quickly type up some FanFiction that I wrote, and get started on the other work that I have to do this weekend.

Nah, I just don't have much to do this evening because Mark is out with friends, so I've got to do something. :P But posting is always good.

Today I have nice short nails again. :) I can't stand them being too long and typing is much easier this way too.

Yessss, it's the weekend tomorrow! Maybe I can do some more spring cleaning. I sorted out some more stuff I want to throw out, but there are still things around that I know I will never need, but couldn't bring myself to sort out yet. I should do it nonetheless.

Today I am having a really good discussion about books and the question which ones an "intelligent lover of books" should have read. That's a stupid question in itself and some of us are having a field day.

Hi then Tari :)

Are you doing the play for school? Have you seen the film version with Marlon Brando?

shaggydog: Yup. :D I'm doing it for Advanced Drama. (Sounds scarier than it is. :P) But it's worth 45 percent of our overall grade, so I can't afford to mess up. Myself, and another girl who is playing Stella are doing the scene where Blanche and Stella first meet.

I borrowed the version with Marlon Brando and Vivien Leigh from my teacher, but I only watched the scene we were doing, and turned it off. It couldn't hold my attention long enough. :P

Silwen: You could always join me. Think of the chaos we could create.

Today, work was both really funny, and really annoying. One of my colleagues was drunk, and he was hilarious. Then, my supervisor kept watching me like a hawk, because we have new rules and what not. In turn, I really freaked him out by getting hyper and running round the shop screaming about the banana juice that we now sell. I'm addicted to that stuff. :P
