It is a matter of winning people to your cause. The most votes any single poster can cast are about 15 per month. The winner usually has 60 votes (or more), so you would need four people to vote consistently for your 'candidate' to win. There are lots of ways to drum up support - I have no problem going to other random threads, posting a link to this thread, and saying "vote for Maedhros!" I might only get one or two votes that way, but it still counts for something
I've been declaring every month this fall Maedhros' month, but not until this month did anyone besides Aurelin
decide to support me consistently. And before I supported her, it was just her and Doni
voting for him.
And as I keep
telling you, all you have to do is win the Fazguls to your cause, and it's easy sailing. You cannot get Fatty elected all by yourself, though - you need to convince other people to vote for him, too.
