Lady Eerowynne smokes her super pipe!

Image

Rorgloin and Company ready their pony train in the village square of Hobbiton. Several confused hobbits (and very lost elves) look on.

Image

Rorgloin and Company departs Hobbiton ere break of day (right after sunset, to be precise!). Rorgloin hopes to reach Bree in time for a late supper.

Image

Rumours of a Black Rider in the Shire circulate through the group- Rorgloin suddenly notices a dark figure on a horse in the distance. A terrifying screech pierces the night!

Image

Rorgloin bravely orders his tenacious Company to FLY! FLY! FLY FOR YOUR LIVES! to the Buckleberry Ferry.

Image

Rorgloin and Company (after a brief recess in Combe, in which their thirteen Company members shared three rooms) attempts to cross the Midewater Marshes.
"The Goblins are upon us! Save the ponies from the Goblins!"
Many Company members perish.

Image

Rorgloin and Company rests outside of the midgewater marshes, confused as to why the midges followed them twenty feet to their secure campsite.

Down to a handful of Company members, Rorgloin and the newly ensnared Icemell charge through an orc blockade towards the Last Bridge!

Rorgloin and Company begins to ascend the road into the Northern High Pass of the Misty Mountains when Rorgloin suddenly has a very, very, terrible revelation.

Rorgloin and Company assembles in a private chamber within the one star inn of Trestlebridge. Contracts are signed, of course. Rorgloin also takes this time to tell the story of the legendary treasure chamber of Fornost: When Arthedain was on its last leg defending from the armies of Angmar, they fled to the city of Fornost and (according to his tome of lore) stored their imeasurable wealth in a treasure chamber within the castle, hidden by ancient secrets. The Company plans to claim this.
Image

Image
Rorgloin and Company reaches the fields of Fornost. The bargheists and restless spirits do not seem to notice them.
Image
Rorgloin and Company reaches the MAIN GATE OF FORNOST. However, much to Rorgloin's suprise, orcs have come to dwell in Fornost (again).

The Company begins phase one of the expedition: OPERATION INFILTRATE THE CASTLE by way of a secret passage within the ghost infested tombs of Fornost.
Image
While in the catacombs, Rorgloin encounters a terrible force of evil.

Image
The Company reaches the fourth level of the city by way of the servant's west gate! Lady Eerowynne breaks a nail and is temporarily out of comission. Also, during this time, Elywyn joins the Company. With a crash of thunder, it begins to rain.
Image
The Castle of the King of Arthedain in Fornost. Somwhere within is the treasure chamber. The evil controlling the dark spirits inhabbiting the Castle must be ddestroyed ere the treasure may be claimed. Rorgloin feels certain that the evil dwells atop the Castle and that it has brought down the storm upon the Company to hender them.

Image
Image
Rorgloin and Company slays the ancient evil atop Fornost! However, before they can celebrate, Rorgloin begins barking orders to start a systematic search for the treasure chamber. Suddenly, a cawing noise is heard in the distance, over the roar of the storm. A raven flies up to Rorgloin and speaks to him in the raven tongue; he tells Rorgloin that Lord Dwalin is terribly ill in the Blue Mountains and requires Rorgloin to return to him at once. Rorgloin debates, furious and torn. Suddenly, he roars at his Company: "YOU GET ONE SIXTH OF TOTAL PROFITS, WHICH AMOUNTS TO NOTHING! NOW, BEGONE! GET OUT OF MY SIGHT!"
Image
Upon arriving at Thorin's Halls in the Blue Mountains, Rorgloin learns that Lord Dwalin is entirely well. He also learns that the Dourhand dwarves have begun to use ravens as bearers of deceitful news.

I wish you could have! The two issues were:

1: You cannot cross a certain wall of 'watcher statues' in Angmar until you complete a story quest in the late 30s early 40s.
2: If you died, we could not keep coming back out of the dungeon to summon you. At your level, I am not sure if we COULD summon you back. However, you are WELCOME to come on everything else R&C does. Just not stuff that is nearly impossible. It was only by divine intervention that we slew Mordirith at all. (I do not jest!)

Rorg I am pretty offended by your thoughtlessness. I can be clearly seen standing in one of your photos for RORGLOIN AND COMPANY EXPEDITION TO FORNOST III, yet I am not mentioned as being in the expedition.

Sure, I was came in late and left early but I gave it my best!

Rorgloin and Company embarks upon an expedition to aid the hobbits of Dwaling. Rorgloin is captured by brigands but rescued by the Broadbeam Clan, who are traveling with the Company.

Rorgloin and Company embarks upon an journey to reach Lonely Mountain, planning to pass through Khazad-dum, which has been recently retaken by Lords Bosi and Brogur of Lonely Mountain.
Image
The Company rides through Eregion along the dry gate stream. In the distance are (Left to Right) Baranzinbar and Zirakzigil.
Image
Preparing to enter Khazad-dum through the Doors of Durin, Rorgloin finds Elixir, who he promptly hires to travel with him to Lonely Mountain. The Company plans to descend to the third deep so that they might use the highway near the chamber of the crossroads.
Things go well until the Company stumbles upon a collapsed stairway in the Palace of Nain; Lady Eerowynne falls into the chasm below the ruined stairway, along with the ranger Belegphor. Rorgloin decides that they must have fallen down into the Waterworks, three levels below.
Image

Image
Image

Image
After many misadventures and stumblings (Including several unfortunatly timed pauses by Rorgloin to halt, awestruck by Khazad-dum's splendour, sometimes while being presued by Grodbog) the Company finds Lady Eerowynne in the depths of the waterworks, in the fifth deep of Khazad-dum. She seems to have fallen into the waterworks and encountered the watcher in the water. Rorgloin has a brilliant idea: The Company will utilize the highway of the sixth deep, which runs through the 'flaming deeps' for almost the entire length of the sixth depth of Khazad-dum. However, drums begin to thunder in the deep. . .

Rorgloin and Company reaches the Twentyfirst Hall where Rorgloin informs Lord Brogur that his company accidentally disturbed a tribe of orcs who likely mean to march on the orc watch encampment. Lord Borgur suggests that Rorgloin and Company depart for the eastern gate. Immediatly.

Yeah, the Angmarim pull. Back in Hobbitry-in-Arms training we were taught to always stick to the plan and not run about wildly. But I think this time the plan WAS to run about wildly. Very cunning.

As per my assumptions, the duck and run plan achieves several purposes, I will highlight some of them

1. Running in circles and in the wild manner confuses enemy and eventually they give up and let fellowship proceed in unidentified direction. This is called "wearing out the enemy" strategy. Sometimes Ror is using a "stare at enemy for hours" tactic, but this method doesn't work very well. I am unsure why, may be he needs to increase the time or force of the stare, it needs some sort of tweaking.

2. While Ror runs around and makes rude gestures towards the enemy, the rest of the fellowship proceeds in orderly manner to ransack their tents for valuables.

3. Plan produces priceless Middle-earth life moments and legends, which Ror shares with his friends in Thorin's hall. Rumor has it, that Ror has some sort of musical photo album with all grandiose adventures.

I think the most brilliant tactic was for Rorg to abandon the group in mid fight to go repair his armor. We can't have the main tank with dented armor!

I am very angry. The man of Mordor just used the second person informal pronoun incorrectly! HE SHOULD HAVE SAID THOU, NOT THEE! Also, they only conjugate the verbs related to thou sometimes. . .
