Oh don't feel so bad. Most the n00bs that join now have been through all the threads and have lurked a while. The movies are over and things have been slowing down here. Hmm... I notice I'm not on under ther adopted list still. I feel so left out of this "family".

Good day, all.
I have an important announcement to make. Due to extended real life issues (school, work, etc which I will not discuss on a public messageboard) I am going to need to take a sabbatical from the Adoption forum.
I have wrestled with the decision for a long time; and I feel the time has come for me to take one burden from my shoulders until the time comes that I can manage them again once more.
If Didi wishes it, (and per Mod approval) I would like to nominate him to continue during my absecne. You will have to start your own thread, as the mods have been contacted about closing this one.
Fare thee all well, I only wish I could have been of more consistent help.

I would be glad to be of help, but I just think I'm still too old and not used to everything new (like, the rules even if they'e less tight now) so I don't know what to do (are there any courses that I could take?)
But I'd hate to see the convo thread being locked... I know that will probably have to happen too, but still I'd like to have a gathering place for us to remain open, just to keep close with one another and things...

I don't know why it is not locked but it should be - since the adopter kind of left, or has no time anymore to run this.
Though I'll still be glad to help you out with anything you want to know if you want me to
I don't like the rule either BUT if you are under 18 you should not tell your full name, your age, or where you live, in order to protect you from paedos and other people that use this information...
So it's better to edit that age thingy.
IMHO you don't really sound so negative but yea it's 6 42 am here and I'm so tired, just back form work, so I might just be too sleepy to see it.
