Episode 3: Return of the Michigan Guild

The varied peoples of Middle-earth at times found unity in their pursuits, and all too often experienced deep rifts. Engage in lively conversations as we banter about the differences between the Alliances, and recruit for our People as well. Remember, keep it friendly.

Indeed Eve, I thought that as well. I know that I am a permanent member of Denial! Maybe I should become a tour guide there! Nice year round buisness.

I will be coming home to MI in a week, only a month earlier than expected :( The turbines aren't spinning, so that means no job for me. IF you know of any jobs anywhere, let me know :(

Thanks :)

Anyone doing anything exciting for Halloween? I'm thinking I might just have to dress up and walk around my house just so I can dress up.

I'm working till 5, dressed in my samurai stuff, then going to a Classics Society Halloween party this evening. We're going to carve pumpkins to look like Greek vases and make fun of 300. And eat. :D

 Nen! Let's see ... jobs.... um....... the only job opening I know of is for a high school Latin teacher. You could probably fake it; high school students don't know much Latin!

Sounds like fun!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Anyone have any special plans?

Toby- I love your sig picture! Achmed the dead terrorist rocks. Then again, JEff Dunham is amazing...I was going to go see him on Saturday, but it turned out I had to work in the evening :( I was bummed, originally I though he was going to be in Detroit Friday night, and I didn't have to work...but I was told the wrong date.

Anyone interested in seeing it click here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jA_ABcohuZ8

Achmed the dead terrorist? Oh my... once again, I'm out of the loop. :P

My special Thanksgiving plans include Greek, Latin, a Greek paper, studying for a Greek test, and an Indo-European paper.

And some pie. But mostly homework.

Ugh, homework...not fun at all. One more week till your big day, woot!

I re-watched Achmed...more swearing in sketchy humour than what I remember. I know he doesn't mean anything seriously, but still...Still funny.

Stupid people calling in sick! I was supposed to work 5:45-12 yesterday, but then they kept me till 3:30 because someone called in.

I love Jeff Dunham. He is a genius!

We are completely covered in snow here in Mt. Pleasant.

How are you doing?

CMU? My sister might be going there next year! No final decisions yet, though.

4-8 inches of lake effect tonight, which means we'll get about 2. :P I've been driving very slowly and getting summarily tailgated.

Nen-- I got your present today! Thank you soooo much!! It's so fun!!! I shall hang it on my wall and wish I were there! :D

Sil- I'm glad you got it :) You're welcome. We should go, that be fun...let's see, you could claim it was for education/teaching/betterment purposes. Cause this time you could teach me. And I uh, could teach you about the environment (see that shiny ball of flames, that's the sun). *nods*.

CMU, eh? I was just talking to a girl who goes there. She is in the masters program though..
