A book club at work sounds like fun.
You are right, there is so much more to the books over the movies. Though I like them both for different reasons.
I hope that you have reviewed the TOS for this website and that you will feel comfortable getting out and posting with us. Give us a chance to know you and you to know us. We are a fun sort of coconuts.
Do you have any questions?
Hope to see you on the boards,
Cheers,

Mae Govannen Lisa!! Welcome to the boards. I think that your having a book club at your work place is very cool. I am glad to see that you enjoyed the Professors work enough to read the Hobbit as well.
Come on in and make yourself at home and if you have any of the others you work with that wish to come in and join as well, that you encourage them to do so.
Yes as Rwhen said we are a lovely bunch of nuts here. |

Hail and well met, Lisa Roberts.
So, what are your favourite parts of the books that didn't make it into the movie? |
