LOLOL, not yet nl, in a couple of days, I think.
ROFL, Tooks!
And, er, yes, I think Legolas will have to check on Murray, but he'd like to thank all and sundry (and particularly sundry) for a fabulous month! |

Well it's been a long long long time but I'm back for the MOME page- oh...it's over already. Right, it's in October.
I just couldn't resist stopping in and seeing how the pageant was going. Oh, this place brings back so many memories.

rwhen - shame on you! you want poor Mel to get eaten by dino-raptors???
(actually I think the raptors would be the ones to be running in fear for their lives - especially if Mel thought Bret might get eaten )
Hobby - you might wanna wait til Murray has been de-lobstered before sending Legolas his way. After all, a guy is never at his best when having to deal with, er, crustaceans invading his pants

"The Dire Wolf was larger than the Grey Wolf, averaging about 1.5 metres (5 ft) in length and weighing about 57 kg (130 lb) – 87.9 kg (190 lb).Despite superficial similarities to the Grey Wolf, there were significant differences between the two species. The legs of the Dire Wolf were proportionally shorter and sturdier than those of the Grey Wolf,
and its brain case was smaller than that of a similarly-sized grey wolf.

I have no shame. I do have a "stall tactic" however, waiting for the final results. I figure Bril knows how to stall too. You volley that ball to me and I will lob it right back to ya. Just sayin'. |

meh for Gimli. He wasn't very focused.
It didn't help that I didn't have much time to prepare a decent amount of mayhem.

That's all right, Iris. In that case, you've still got Saturday to do it as well, because I won't be around tomorrow. If you get them to me by your Sunday morning, the awards ceremonies could start then (on Sunday evening my time). |

Okay. I was trying to score them as I went along, but sometimes it was just a quick read here and there as I did other stuff...
Sheesh, if I ever do this again, I'll try to be better organized!

I think there has been a few days' delay on most times, at least as long as I've been in. This time, the only problem was that I was going away for the weekend, and couldn't stay online long enough on Friday.
But now, the results are finally clear, and will be up soon. |

*still bouncing with delight*
Just wanted to say sorry I didn't get back to play in the lobster-incident earlier - shaggy, your sig is the scariest, sickest thing (in a good way!) I've seen in a long time - LOVE it!
And Balin turning out to be a girl...
This year will be remembered in the annals of MoME as the year of massive gender confusion... |

I wasn't really writing to win - just to have fun with all of you Although I was kinda hoping for a special mention award for Murray as most deluded non-ME honorary male of ME |

Thanks, guys!
Shaggy, Legolas says he'd be only half the man he is if it weren't for Murray!
And he's still spending a lot of time looking glassy-eyed into the hearth-fire, heaving big sighs.
I had awesome fun playing with you.
I'm still quite overwhelmed at Legolas having won so much, and winning the MoME title itself is just - wow! |
