I am stumped since the Ents and Fangorn are on the West of the Anduin. I honestly, even looking at a map, see nothing in LoTR that can be associated with good and not one of these peoples and be East of the Anduin.

It does not deal with the Ents or Fangorn.

It is mentioned in FotR, as is (hint!) the particular character associated with it.

Dang I can't believe that I got it!!! Shocked Shocked I didn't know what on earth or Middle Earth it could have been. I started reading in the Council of Elrond and bingo there it was but surely that isn't it? Oh my!!!
