Sorry I've not been around. Not intentional, really, believe me it hasn't been. You know how you think, "I'll get to that soon" and then you don't?

So.....I thought to come in here to tell y'all something...

Last month I spent a night in the hospital...got a horrid pain in my right side, went to the ER, had a CAT scan and an ultrasound and ultimately it was decided I had a bleeding ovarian cyst. So, last Thursday I had my follow up with my doctor, and he did an exam and sent me for another ultrasound (I keep trying to type Ultron. Not quite the same!). He called me Tuesday and said...it's not a cyst,
it's a tumor, and it's growing, and it has to be removed. It isn't cancer (he doesn't think. of course, we have to test that) but he is going away and referred me to the women's hospital in Pittsburgh. My consultation is next Thursday.

Anyhow, I wanted to keep y'all in the loop, 'cause I love ya.

“Yea. I was listening to the plan but was hungry and headed to the ‘fridge for a snack. I figured I could listen to it again, ya know?”

“So what happened?” Tony was intrigued.

“I got back to hear the end: ‘This message will self-destruct in 5 seconds.’ I tried to shut it off but it was too late. POOF! It was gone.”

“So, whadar we doing?”

Louie pondered a moment. “I have a plan also. Come with me.”

Tooks: It's Magee. On one hand I wish it were Dr. C and I didn't have to go so far. On the other...should there be more to it, that's the best place to be. They gave my cousin four years she probably wouldn't have had otherwise.

Meanwhile, everything here is pretty much the same as it has been. I'm finishing up my blog on Israel, so if anyone is interested, it's here. My mom wants to make some posts too yet.

We lost a horse last month, he's in that great pasture in the sky, over the Rainbow Bridge. The other one is lonely but she's more stable in personality, so we're a little less worried about her.

Just plugging along, as usual.

Iris---I had a similar incident with a tumor, oh it's been more than 10 years ago now. Mine wasn't cancerous (thank goodness) but like you I had to have surgery.

Hope it all goes well for you and you recover quickly. We need you here on TORC.
