I have an interview in about an hour.

Otherwise...bundle of nerves.

Yup, yup, I've seen those. I don't often sit down & watch TV.. and even then I don't often sit down to watch a particular show. (right now sports is on 24/7 so I don't even go in the living room until hubby unit is in bed) Football season, don'tcha know. Rolling Eyes So.. I watch only if it's on when I happen to sit down & start flipping channels.

I like the Travel channel.. always check what's on there.. TLC.. History,. Science, National Geographic, Style, HGTV and Food Networks. Those are my favorites.

Rosie, add Bravo and TBS (for Law and Order) and you and I watch many of the same channels. Oh, I would be run under the desk with Sports 24/7 on the TV too. Pfffffffft.

Iris, why the nerves? What's up?

who's been paying an awful lot of attention to me.

No...I'm fine....really....

A movie with a friend. That doesn't seem too terribly nerve wracking to me. Who knows what will happen. Just be yourself dear and you will do fine. Hug

You will have a grand ol' time, Iris. And it is good to get out and about, friendly date or otherwise.

See you later.

Oh man, it is really quiet today on TORC. Thank goodness today wasn't the day when I was going to go for the double gold.

About 20 kilometres (12 miles). So, practically next door. Smile And I work in Helsinki.

And, at the moment, we're getting sleet. Sad The streets are just wet, but I don't think I'll risk going home and driving to the dance class, it gets a bit colder in the evening anyway.

Iris, how was the movie? Hope you had a good time with that friend! Smile

Eru, I get accused of it anyway. I am over it. Some people want what others have, I wish everyone could have the time that I am blessed with to post with friends on TORC when they wish. It is a good thing.

Eru I love the second thingie!! Well done.

Hello peoples, just back from a breakfast meeting. Feel good and warm and full now.

My car has decided that it wants to trip its alarm all by itself now. Rolling Eyes I don't have a clicker to disarm it and there is nothing in the car to disarm it, so when it goes off I have to run out and start the car. Oh and it is raining cats and doggies. ARFFFFF.

My computer died on me but I was able to ressurect it by changing the battery. I didn't even know that computers had batteries, not the desktop type anyway. Well they do and mine needed changing. That was a relief, a couple of bucks at Radio Shack and a little time messing around with the computer and the manual.... light stuff. I thought I was gonna have to call the efficient but expensive Geek Squad or some generic equivalent to get the thing working again or even worse come to worse, I would have to get a whole new computer. As the Great Bard once said "All's well that ends well".

Laughing Eru!! Love it!

My laptop exhausted its first battery and has basically killed its second as well. I'm terrified that the external power source is just going to quit some day, because if it does, I'll be able to use my laptop for about 30 minutes before it dies.. *twitch*

Rwhen, our van's alarm went off randomly like that, too; we found that it seemed to happen most often when it was rainy and wet outside. Veeerry annoying, and we had to unlock the door to get the alarm to stop. Rolling Eyes

Going to a classics-girls gathering in a few hours; will be my first time in a bar in ... umm.. ever? Well, almost ever. Razz And this time I'll be sure to remember my ID! (Kinda had a little problem with that last time...)
