Pull out your pack and head on down to the Prancing Pony for some great Role Playing (try to stay in character)!

Hallo, all! This is our OOC thread. <img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif"border=0>
Now, Silver, I need to know what exactly you want me to do with your mages. Are they Dead? That's what I understood. If they are dead, I assume that you want me to try to bring them back to life.
Also, Heather is a Healer of considerable power, but she is not a mage and has no sway in spells. You'll need a mage to break or remove the spell on our hobbits.
One last note. Heather tends to be able to understand them, because of the mind-link-thing does with everyone. <img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif"border=0> <img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif"border=0>
Always The Patriot,
Heather.------]--0

I know, I know, I'm a tad confusing, eh?

Ok, here's what's up. Silver was so desperate to find Heather she didn't realize that someone else in the party could break the Hobbits' curse: Fiona. Fiona is an arcane archer, basically she's a sniper with magic abilities. She is a mage/fighter in laymens terms. She can break it but she doesn't know how, and she won't know how until Silver's up and at-em again.

The mages, well... that's a bit tricky. All you need to do is get them in a comfortable position, and the magic they overspent will come back. They aren't dead. As a matter of fact, far from it. Fox and Khala just drained themselves. If Cerr was here she'd know where i was coming from. They just need a little water and some food every day, nothing too heavy... woah i just started sounding like a doctor. Heh. Nourishment, and when Sil's up again, she'll show both Heather and Fiona something new she learned.

Also, another thing. To be a healer you have to do magic. I know that with Heather it's an innate thing, something that comes naturally, but the right healer-mage could show her how to develop this into something more. Nothing so outright as offensive magic, because Healers don't usually do that, but things like protect, and drain, and sleep, and communication, and restore, and a few other things. Basically Heather can do these things already, right? So she just needs to figure out what else she can do.

About Fiona....

Fiona's a baby. A big bad mean baby with huge nasty teeth and poison for blood, but she's young. I mean, heck. She chopped up that dragon *different mb* But, she's my new character. She's small, blond, cute as a button, carries an energy bow and moving chainmail, and a rapier that is an ancient relic, heirloom. Not cursed, tho, like F&I. just nice. That's what's going on.

HEATHER~ PS my computer is screwed for a while, just "show Fiona the ropes" and I'll get back on when I can.

love ya!

Hey, Silver! When I said you were concerned, it was because I'm sleeping between the paws of a dragon. You don't know that She's a friend and you're trying to wake me up without waking the dragon. <img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif"border=0>

That's okeday, Friend. That's what edit buttons and OOC threads are for, so there's no need to beat oneself up. <img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif"border=0>

Bring them on in! Please follow the two main rules I've posted above and make your way to the the almost repaired cottage and the small, temporary encampment, but do lookout for the dragon, the Rangers and my friend, Silvertears(she's a Dark Elf assasin) as all are very protective of me. <img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif"border=0>

Hello! I didn't even think to look for the OOC thread. Duh! Okay so I'm back, sorry been gone so long but I've been busy with work and school. I will send my dragon away if need be. Just let me know. Galinar, I can be your contact. It would explain why I heard the thoughts.

But, Lyn, you're not a Ranger. Hmmm. What about the main one. The one that followed me and then later spoke with me in my next to last post. Just make up a name for him and I'll edit my post and use it so he's not a total stranger to people meandering in. Okeday?

A word to the wise for Galinar. To be an assassin, especially with my character around, you don't have to be evil, per se, but you have to establish more than a 'bazillion knives'. Just be a little more serious. Is this character's mane weapons the crossbow? is he trained in hand to hand? short blade? long blade? bow? back-stabbing (pointless, since all assassins should be...)? My character is probably one of the most lethal assassins around, yet most of the time she avoids it. She bards, and smiths. She's an excellant smithy, as a matter of fact. does your charecter do anything besides be an assassin? It'd be interesting to know! I love tangoing with others of my ilk. Details. And a question. ....A gold dragon brooch? Explain, please!!! <img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif"border=0><img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif"border=0><img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif"border=0>

In conclusion <img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif"border=0><img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif"border=0><img src="http://www.tolkienonline.com/mb/i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif"border=0> Assassins are quite hard to play. You'll get it!
