10:40 PM, and I've survived this week. Cool Dance class already cheered me up, and now, I just want to relax posting on TORC and having a pint.

Well, this was the first time we got through the whole choreography. Big Grin We're going to perform it at the Christmas show of the dance school. I just hope that I manage to avoid any colds and flus until after that.

And, on the weekend, I'm just going to sleep and party and relax. Cool

As for you, hope that you'll manage to rest and recover, to be in shape for your Double Rings party. Hug

2:10 pm PST. Thanks and Hug right back to you.

EXCELLENT that you all got through the whole routine. Hopefully you WILL not have a cold or flu, have you been sick lately? I bet you have fun performing at the Christmas show. Big Grin At least you aren't alone doing it.

I will let my fingers rest up this weekend and be prepared to rock and roll on Monday. Wink

I remember the last 100 went really fast the last time around.

50 minutes ta go.

4:08 pm MDT and I'm about to pack up and call it a week. Wink

I pulled the 2004 list off Forbes, I'm not sure Rodgers and Hammerstein would go from #10 at 6.5 million to #1 at 300 million in just 5 years . . . Wink And of course, Micheal Jackson wasn't quite dead yet . . .

The Top Ten (Dead Celebrity Earners) from 2004:

1. Elvis Presley - 40 million
2. Charles M. Schulz - 35 million
3. J.R.R. Tolkien - 23 million
4. John Lennon - 21 million
5. Theodor "Dr. Seuss" Geisel - 18 million
6. Marilyn Monroe - 8 million
7. George Harrison - 7 million
8. Irving Berlin - 7 million
9. Bob Marley - 7 million
10. Richard Rodgers (of Rodgers and Hammerstein) - 6.5 million

I've pulled 5 different lists for 2009 and they're all different!! LOLOLOL . . . but Tolkien is on every one. Wink

WEEKEND!!!!!

12:10 AM, and I'm off here after this post.

I saw the list for this year as well, but can't remember either who was #3. Must be someone on the list from five years ago, though.

4:55pm MDT

oh my! A light bulb came on and I finally figured out what he was talking about. It only took reading book 1 six times. Aristotle isnt as bad as I thought. I just had a mental block for some reason or another.

Anyways, time to read next weeks homework and get a post ready to go for that so I can use all of next week to get my paper ready.

G'night Rowan and that was a darn good idea. Im off to grab a beer first.

It is 7:10pm PST and I just had my first trick or treaters in years!!! Clapping Happy A couple of boys. Not really dressed up much but that is okay for me. I think they may be neighborhood kids or at least I hope so. Big Grin

Oh and I am in costume. I went to work today as a goth heavy metal rocker chic. I got so many compliments on my outfit. The bank gal loved it!! The gal at Target wanted to know how I colored my hair cause she wanted to do that too. (Psst.... they are clip in extensions that I got at Hot Topic) Wink One gal loved my boots. I just bought them at Avenue!! Ryan will have to take a pic that I can use as my sig pic for a bit.

Ryan is dressed as a heavy metal rocker dude. Black finger nails (me too) rock t-shirt, studded belt, boots and black jeans. He wouldn't wear the make up around the eyes like he did last night but I am and I love it.

edited:
I just got two more kids trick or treating. They were in strollers and the moms were dressed up. I gave them candy for the kids and the moms. The dads were off in the shadows but tagging along. Big Grin It was cute one of the kids was piglet but I could not tell what the other one was dressed like. One mom was a bunny and the other a rag doll.

4 kids Woooo Hoooooo!!!! I feel much better about Halloween tonight!!

10:58.........and you get not Trick or Treaters in a dorm! My RA did however go around and give candy to the residents Smile My roomie is home for the weekend, and I guess my Halloween celebration is watching "Thriller"

I'm kinda upset that I can't go home for November 1st, my mother takes it really seriously and makes all sorts of good foods Smile It's a weird holiday, happy and sad at the same time. I just had too much work to do for Monday to go home though.

9:03 PM Just got back from trick or treating. I wore a gypsy costume but with a pirate hat so I didn't feel so badly about stereotyping. Yesterday at the party DH was a pirate. Serendipitiously, Lufu made a pin with a parrot on it at school, so hubby put it on and had a parrot on his shoulder.

It is 1:26pm PST and we are getting ready to go out and pay some bills and take a walk. Big Grin

We slept in and enjoyed the extra rest!! I love when we gain the extra hour. Today is rather beautiful outside so we are going to enjoy it while we can.

1:32PM. Going out for lunch to a deli-type place. Chopped liver sandwich, yum! Then out for a big of light hiking and back home to watch baseball.
